My objective for this project was to learn about motion graphics and produce a festive Christmas video about fun Christmas facts. I did a lot of research to try and find interesting facts about Christmas.
I found an info graphic that had a lot of information about really unique facts like how many trees are growing right now on Christmas tree farms and where Christmas trees are grown most. It also talked about letters and how many packages are sent each year. There was one fact on the info graphic about the most lights ever on a tree so that got me to branch out and find world records based on Christmas like the world’s largest gingerbread house and snowman. Once all of the graphics were created I looked up a few different after effects tutorials to animate and make the Christmas facts come to life!
